Following Design, we will work with you to construct the project that you have dreamed of. During this phase we will work diligently to ensure that we meet the scheduling and budget goals



Following project completion, we will be available to assist with any ongoing maintenance needs

Construction Management


Our construction manager works with the client, developer, consultants, contractors, and vendors to produce holistic solutions and tenant spaces that meet and exceed business and operational requirements. Our experience in project planning and management covers a wide range of building and project types that are not only clearly diversified, but deliver a wide knowledge base to every engagement. Ultimately it is our goal to be an extension of your operation. The construction manager will be an expert consultant on behalf of each client. Through our extensive expertise, THRIVE has the skill to create quality buildings and tenant spaces that meet the business and operational requirements of owners and users. THRIVE’s objectives as construction managers are to manage the design and construction process, reduce risk, and control costs during every phase of the project from site evaluation to project completion.
